Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are handled under the conditions below.
1. General rule
We offer a 7-day refund period only when the purchased product does not work as described or cannot be accessed properly.
2. Eligible refund cases
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- the files are corrupted or inaccessible
- the delivered files are materially different from the product description
- the workflow cannot be used for its stated purpose because of a technical issue in the delivered files
- you were charged more than once for the same order
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not available for:
- change of mind after purchase
- lack of experience using n8n or related tools
- third-party account, API, hosting, or integration issues outside the delivered files
- requests made after the refund period
- cases where the files were accessed and function as described
4. Support before refund
If you experience a problem, contact support first. Many issues can be solved through corrected instructions, file replacement, or setup clarification.

6. Custom workflow requests
Custom workflow work is different from instant digital products. Refund handling for custom work depends on the agreed scope, progress, and delivery status. You should define your custom-work terms clearly before selling that service.
7. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We aim to resolve legitimate issues quickly.
